GENERAL INFORMATION
Art Requirements: A camera ready artwork is necessary, must be sent either on disk or via e-mail in a workable (vector) file format (.cdr, .eps, .ai, .plt .etc.) if engraving includes a logo, a form of clear black and white layout of computer create .tif or bmp format disks are considered a camera ready art work. All fonts must be converted to outlines. All curves and outlines must be scalable. All art sent should be accompanied by a full color print out accurately showing the color and layout of the desired finished product. Any deviations in the above art requirements will result in art charges $50.00 per hour and a possible delay in production.
Proofs: A layout of job will sent via fax or e-mail without charge. Once approved, customers is responsible for accuracy of spelling and artwork. Copyrights & Trademarks Usage: Customers should take full responsibility for all legal right to use trademarks provided to us for reproduction.
Terms: Our terms are net 15 days with approved credit. A 50% deposit along with credit references will be required prior to placing your order into production.
Engraving: We required 5 to 7 working days to complete your order from the time it is received. All engraving information must be faxed or e-mailed in to our customer service.
Custom Products: Price quote for custom made pieces are welcomed. Rush Orders: Orders requiring production times less than the normal production time must be confirmed. A service charge will be applied, based on quantity, product and delivery. No cancellation on rush orders
Reorders: No set up charge for identical reorder or with date & name changed only.
Phone Orders: Telephone orders accepted with written copy e-mailed or faxed.
Payment: We accept prepayment by VISA, Master Card, American Express, certified checks, bank or postal money orders. Returned Checks: A fee of $25.00 will be charged for each check returned unpaid by our banks.
Shipping: All orders are shipped FOB warehouse factory via UPS, we prepay shipping charges and add the shipping charge to your invoice. On request we will calculate the shipping charges before shipment, any other method of shipping is subject to a handling charge.
Minimum Order: $35.00 Internet orders only ($15.00 service charge on orders less than minimum) Returns: No merchandise will be accepted for return or credit without prior written authorization. No merchandise will be accept for return after 10 days from date of invoice.
Guarantee: Our products are manufactured with high standards of quality. We proudly warrant them to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you experience a problem, we will replace the product or credit your account at our option.
